UHP (Utah Highway Patrol) tasers man and pregnant wife in front of her baby over an alleged speeding ticket. Outraged? Call the Vernal, Utah UHP Office and let them know! This is called police brutality against citizens, unneccessary police voilance with taser guns. The taser gun is designed to be used in threathing situations so no long term harm can be done… wondering what the newborn baby will be like.
