Handcuffed Woman gets Taser Attact

The Warren Police Department is under fire for another accusation of abuse of force. The latest incident happened during a September second arrest in the parking lot of a popular nightclub with a taser gun involved. A police officer was filmed while he tasered a handcuffed woman multiple times unnecessary. This video is a good example of police brutality and excessive abuse of power. The woman in the video survives the taser attact but was in much pain and was affaird of its power, she declared after her arrest.
