The Warren Police Department is under fire for another accusation of abuse of force. The latest incident happened during a September second arrest in the parking lot of a popular nightclub with a taser gun involved. A police officer was filmed while he tasered a handcuffed woman multiple times unnecessary. This video is a good example of police brutality and excessive abuse of power.
